Our crews perform all work in accordance with industry standards and applicable local regulations. We are licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of California.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a written satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our completed work, contact us within 30 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

Warranty

Alan's Cleaning & Power Washing LLC provides a warranty on labor and materials as specified in your individual project agreement. Warranty terms vary by service type and are detailed in writing before work begins. The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, abuse, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.
