What is ultrasonic blind cleaning?
Ultrasonic cleaning uses high-frequency sound waves in a water bath to dislodge dust and oils from every surface of each slat simultaneously. It is far more thorough than hand or on-site cleaning and is especially effective for aluminum Venetian blinds. The sound waves reach places that manual cleaning cannot.
Can real wood blinds be wet-cleaned?
Real wood blinds require careful handling because excessive moisture warps and damages the wood. We use low-moisture methods and quick drying protocols for real wood blinds. We will always assess your specific blinds before recommending a method and will not apply water-heavy cleaning to wood that cannot tolerate it.
How long does blind cleaning take?
On-site cleaning for a standard window takes 5 to 15 minutes per blind. Ultrasonic cleaning requires drop-off or scheduled pick-up, and most jobs are completed same-day or next-day. We will give you a clear timeline when we discuss your specific blind count and type.
